1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using SpendZy ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

These Terms constitute a legal agreement between you ("User" or "you") and TQ Tech ("Developer," "we," "our," or "us").

2. About SpendZy

SpendZy is a personal finance management application that allows you to:

• Track expenses and income with categories and notes
• View daily, weekly, and monthly summaries
• Manage money you lend or owe to others
• Set and track savings goals
• Manage chitti (traditional rotating savings) groups
• Automatically log transactions from bank SMS/UPI notifications (via Apple Shortcuts)

3. Subscriptions & Payments

SpendZy offers an optional premium subscription ("SpendZy Premium") through Apple’s In-App Purchase system, processed by RevenueCat. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to:

• Pay the subscription fee displayed at the time of purchase (plus applicable taxes)
• Allow automatic renewal unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Apple’s standard Media Services Terms and Conditions

No free trial exists for SpendZy Premium. All subscription prices are displayed in your local currency by Apple. You can manage, change, or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the App
• Use the App in a way that could damage, disable, or impair its functionality
• Use automated means to access or interact with the App
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations in your jurisdiction

5. Intellectual Property

All content, design, graphics, code, features, and functionality of SpendZy are the exclusive property of TQ Tech and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. The name "SpendZy" and the SpendZy logo are trademarks of TQ Tech.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App without our prior written consent.

6. User Data & Privacy

Your use of SpendZy is also governed by our Privacy Policy. All data you enter into SpendZy is stored locally on your device. We do not collect, transmit, or store your financial data on any external servers.

7. Google Drive Backup

SpendZy Premium users may optionally back up their encrypted data to Google Drive. By enabling this feature:

• You grant SpendZy access to write backup files to your Google Drive account
• You acknowledge that Google’s Terms of Service apply to data stored on Google Drive
• We do not have access to your Google account, backup contents, or any other files in your Google Drive

8. Disclaimers

THE APP IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the App
• We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or secure
• SpendZy is a personal finance tool, not a financial advisor. We do not provide financial, legal, or tax advice
• You are solely responsible for the financial decisions you make using information from the App

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, TQ TECH AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill
• Financial losses resulting from reliance on app features
• Service interruption or device damage
• Any other damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the App

10. Third-Party Links & Services

The App may contain links to third-party services (RevenueCat, Google Drive, Apple services). We do not endorse and are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party services.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately. You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.

14. App Store Compliance

If you downloaded SpendZy from the Apple App Store, you acknowledge that these Terms are between you and TQ Tech, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content. Apple has no obligation to furnish any maintenance or support services for the App.
